Established in 2024, The Strayz are a collection of musicians from the Lexington, KY area. The Strayz bring high-energy, dance tunes to any venue with a classic collection of Funk, R&B, and Rock hits.

Jill is a legendary pack leader in the local music scene. Singing lead vocals for several bands covering multiple genres and styles. Bands include: The Strayz, Hi5, Ebony & Ivory, Old School Stew, Yesteryear, Allen’s Project, and the All-Star Singer Sisters.

George “Boogie G” Burdette
Boogie G is another legendary pack leader in the Lexington music scene. Fronting several successful bands as the lead vocalist and bassist, Boogie G has played locally in Lexington for over 30 years. His packs include: The Strayz, Boogie G and the Titantics, and Ebony and Ivory.

Phil Marmo
Phil sets the rhythm and keeps the pack on track. Phil is a locally renowned drummer who plays a variety of genres with multiple packs: The Strayz, Kashmere, Flashback, Bootsie’s Heart and Soul Band, The Fabulous Lazlows, and used as a fill-in for many others.
